TAN SONEC ( Executive Director ) Tan Sonec has worked in Project and Sales Management since 2004. He was working with RAP/RISP/RISC from Jan 2004 – Sept 2009. He returned to work with KVAO in February 2018. He is responsible for the strategic direction and overseeing the implementation of the overall programmatic elements of KVAO. |

KEO SARITH ( Deputy Director/Senior Case Manager ) Keo Sarith is a Senior Case Manager, and was originally employed with the program as a liaison officer in 2002. He has a background in social services, studied society of science at Royal University of Phnom Penh. Since 2009 he has overseen all work of case management. |

NY CHHUNNA ( Admin/Finance Manager) Ny Chhunna has a Bachelor of Business Administrator, specialized in Accounting and Finance, from Human Resources University. He was hired in January 2015 as program Admin/Finance Officer. He was promoted to KVAO’s Admin/Finance Manager in December 2017. He is responsible for the financial and administrative management including budgetary control, accounting and financial reporting of KVAO. |

OEM SONG ( Site Manager ) He’s been employed since program’s inception in 2002 and provided oversight of the special needs clients’ and the temporary/transition housing. He is responsible for providing leadership to the housing staff and ensuring the smooth security management and function of the housing site. |

NEY VANNETH ( Case Manager ) Ney Vanneth has a Bachelor Degree in Nursing Care & Public Health from Chenla University. He volunteered as youth’s leader at PSK organization and hospital in 2012-2013. He worked as a social worker with Mith Samlanh Organization and educator with Efant Asie Organization prior to becoming a case manager with KVAO in 2019 |

NOUN SO THERO ( Chairman of Board ) Thero received his BA in Business Administration at NUM in 2000 and MA in International Relations at PUC in 2004. He worked for American Assistance for Cambodia from 1994. In 1999 he was promoted to be its Country Director which has the annual budget of $720,000. From 1999 to July 2015 managed to build 550 schools in collaboration with Word Bank and ADB, and the Ministry of Education, nationwide through grants from donors in the U.S. and Japan that totaled around 10M dollars. |

KUMSOTHY ( Board Member ) Sothy Kum is an English teacher in Phnom Penh. He has a degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin. |

MIKE YONG ( Board Member ) Mike Yong is a Principal at Western International School (Boeing Chhouk). He has obtained his Business Administration Degree from Chemeketa Community College in the State of California. |

LISA KUM ( Board Member ) Lisa Kum has a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in International Business from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She is currently working in the field of education in Cambodia. |
